Refrigeration

Today’s ASHRAE was formed when the Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Refrigerating Engineers merged in 1959.  At a national level, ASHRAE has many resources on refrigeration which can be found here:

Refrigeration Night

This season's refrigeration Night takes place on 2/11/2027. David Ziviani, an ASHRAE distinguished lecturer will be speaking on the role of flammable refrigerants (A2L/A2/A3) in heat pumps for residential and commercial buildings. His presentation will be preceded by a technical session on refrigerant leak detection presented by EDOS.

We are always looking for ideas, speakers, or tours local to CT for upcoming CT ASHRAE events related to refrigeration.  If you have any ideas for these events, please reach out!
